How an order is confirmed

Placing an order proposes a purchase rather than guaranteeing acceptance. Confirmation can depend on inventory, accurate details, payment authorization, pricing, tax, security review, and the delivery methods available in checkout.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Qualifying defective and non-defective new products can be reviewed, and exchanges are accepted for consideration. Non-faulty goods must be new, unused, and in original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, wait for approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label enclosed in the package, and incur no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund within 10 days; bank posting is separate. The Refund Policy provides the full procedure.
