Refund Policy

Our mailed-return process covers qualifying new HydroJug goods with defects as well as qualifying goods without defects. Exchange applications are accepted for review and depend on replacement availability.

Start from the delivery date

Contact us within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. A preference change or option error can be considered when merchandise remains new, unused, and in its original state. Damage, faults, shortages, wrong goods, and a substantial description mismatch can also be raised. Applicable non-waivable rights are preserved.

Request review before sending

Send fahekusuni212@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, and reason. Retain packaging and included pieces, and attach photos or video for a product issue. Approval and the accurate return location must be supplied before mailing; the published correspondence address may not be the warehouse.

Postage and outcome

A free prepaid label is enclosed in the original parcel for use after approval. Contact us if the label is missing or lost. There is no restocking fee. Approved exchanges remain subject to stock. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, after which the bank may need more posting time.
